How do I recover my account after reinstalling?

On the welcome screen choose “I already have an account” and enter the recovery code from your latest recovery kit. Your User ID alone is not an access credential. After recovery, save the new kit: the previous code no longer works.

The recovery kit restores account access. To restore the portfolio stored on your device, use the app backup separately. Keep both the latest kit and a recent backup safely; never share recovery codes in feedback or public messages.

Only crypto transactions are recognised: rows carrying an ISIN (stocks, ETFs, crypto ETNs/ETPs, bonds) are counted as ignored — securities tracking is still in private beta. L'abbinamento resta salvato come preset, quindi il prossimo import dalla stessa fonte è un tocco solo. Gli importi sono convertiti al cambio BCE della data di ogni transazione e i doppioni vengono filtrati, così reimportare un export più ampio non crea duplicati. Vengono riconosciute solo le transazioni crypto: le righe con un ISIN (azioni, ETF, ETN/ETP crypto, obbligazioni) finiscono tra quelle ignorate — il tracking dei titoli è ancora in beta privata.
